Pass Your Airline
Swim Test.
First Time.

Private 1-to-1 swim test preparation for cabin crew airline assessments. Train for British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, Qatar and more. 25m–50m distance swimming, life jacket technique, and treading water — all in a warm, private pool with a qualified coach.

Airline Swim Tests Made Passable

Most cabin crew candidates haven't swum properly since school. Then they discover their dream airline requires a 25m or 50m swim test — often in a life jacket or uniform, sometimes treading water too. Panic sets in. We remove that panic methodically.

Exact airline test conditions replicated

We simulate the real assessment: distance swimming, life jacket swimming, treading water, and climbing out unaided. No surprises on test day.

Build from your actual starting level

Whether you can barely manage a width or already swim lengths, we assess honestly and build a plan. No false promises — just structured progress.

Private pool, no embarrassment

Our heated private pool in Arkley is nothing like a public leisure centre. No spectators, no group pressure — just you, the coach, and the water.

Know exactly what your airline requires

Every airline has different standards. British Airways requires 50m in a life jacket. Virgin Atlantic requires 25m plus treading water. Emirates and Qatar have their own variations. We train you for the specific airline you're applying to — not a generic test. take the 30-second quiz →

25m–50mDistance range
Life jacket swimming changes everything. Swimming 25m in a costume is not the same as swimming 25m in a bulky life jacket or airline uniform. The buoyancy shifts, your stroke changes, and panic is common. We practice in realistic conditions so you pass comfortably.

90 Minutes of Targeted Preparation

90 Minutes
per session

Group swimming classes are built around generic drills. Cabin crew swim tests are specific. In a 90-minute private session, every minute targets the exact skills your airline assesses — distance stamina, life jacket technique, treading water, and calm water entry.

Stamina built progressively

We don't throw you in at 50m on day one. Distance is built week by week with proper technique, so you reach test standard without exhaustion or panic.

Life jacket technique mastered

Swimming in a life jacket requires a different body position and breathing pattern. We drill this until it feels natural, not foreign.

Treading water and climb-out

Most airlines test treading water for 1–3 minutes and climbing out unaided. These are separate skills from swimming — and we train them specifically.

Cabin crew candidates often arrive terrified because they haven't swum in years. By the third session, that fear is usually gone. By the sixth, they're passing mock tests comfortably. The key is specific preparation — not general swimming lessons.

Requirements vary between 25m and 50m, often while wearing a life jacket or uniform. We train you for the specific airline you're applying to.
Yes. Many cabin crew candidates panic because they haven't swum since school. We build from your current level — whether that's basic water confidence or refining technique — and progress you to test standard methodically. Most beginners need 8–12 sessions; those who can already swim a width usually need 4–6.
Yes. We simulate airline assessment conditions including swimming in a life jacket and treading water. This is essential preparation since the life jacket changes your body position and swimming mechanics significantly. Many candidates fail because they've never practised in one before test day.
This depends on your starting level. Complete beginners typically need 8–12 sessions. Those who can already swim a width usually need 4–6 sessions to build stamina and confidence for the full distance. We give an honest assessment after your first session and won't promise what isn't realistic.
Most assessments involve swimming 25m–50m without stopping, often while wearing a life jacket or airline uniform. You may also need to tread water for 1–3 minutes and demonstrate water confidence including climbing out unaided. We replicate these exact conditions in training so there are no surprises.
Lessons take place at our private heated pool in Arkley, Barnet EN5. The pool is warm, quiet and completely private — ideal for focused preparation without the distractions of a public leisure centre. Many candidates prefer this for practising in a life jacket without feeling self-conscious.
