Progression, turns & endurance

For stronger swimmers — efficiency, flip turns, stamina and open water awareness. Brian coaches recreational families and competitive swimmers alike across HA6.

Moor Park is genuinely one of the most impressive areas I coach in — some of the largest private pools on my whole route. Northwood itself has plenty too, especially around Ducks Hill Road and Copse Wood. Coaching at home in HA6 means a completely private, unhurried session shaped entirely around the swimmer.
